We are an historic site open to the public that offers history tours, nature trails and summer kayaking in the Northern Neck of Virginia. We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to oversee daily administrative operations, manage databases, and provide clerical support. If you're proactive, enjoy collaborative teamwork, and committed to inclusivity, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities: manage office systems and supplies; help coordinate events and support staff needs; provide executive and visitor support; maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications: 2+ years office management experience; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; proficient in MS Office 365 and databases; strong organizational skills.
