Natalie Dupree’s Family History Presentation from the July 2023 Menokin Descendant Collective Gathering

Natalie Dupree is a direct descendant Amanda Beverly and Stafford Gordon. Amanda Beverly was enslaved at Menokin, while Stafford Gordon was enslaved a nearby plantation. Their son, Stafford, was also enslaved at Menokin.

For this virtual gathering, Natalie shared part of her beautiful story of discovery, family, and connection. We thank Natalie for her work in “putting together the puzzle”, which offers special meaning for everyone.
