Teaching Gardens at Menokin

Teaching Gardens planted through a workshop initiative of the non-profit Just Harvest and funded by The Haven Shelter and Services, community partners joined to create three new garden plots. Each garden will highlight the sustainable practices and traditions learned from Indigenous Teachings, African American traditions, and contemporary Regenerative Gardens based on this historic knowledge.
